CCDC is dedicated to revitalizing the Carlsbad, NM, community. We are working with New Mexico State University-Carlsbad, Carlsbad Municipal Schools, Loving Municipal Schools, local residents and businesses, the City of Carlsbad, and other partners to provide vocational training and certification in construction trades to high school students. The training program enables students to build affordable, low-to-moderate income houses for qualified families and to enhance the physical environment, increase the economic vitality, and improve the quality of life for everyone in our community.

Membership in the Carlsbad Community Development Corporation is open to all upon payment of a nominal membership fee and completion of an application. Come join us!
